Illustrated with ten engraved plates and a folding map, octavo, pp (198), some age-toning and blemishes throughout, a worm-hole (?) affecting slightly the outer margin of a few pages, one badly cracked hinge internally, brown cloth slightly worn, bumped at the corners, paper label on the spine rather age-toned. With the book-stamp of T.W.Pickard, who for many years was agent for the Glynde Estate. [A rare chance to find a copy in its original state, as published - original cloth, with advertisement leaf following the title page, and the plates all grouped together before the text.]
